Satchell Engineering ITB kit for the Peugeot TU5 J4/JP4 engine.
Using a CNC machined billet inlet to Satchell Engineering/Sandy Brown Race Engines design.
The kits uses Jenvey TH 42mm butterfly bodies, which are effective for engines of around 150-220bhp, however the manifold walls have been produced with enough thickness to port out to suit bigger bodies when required. The bodies are located with dowels to ensure accurate spindle alignment, and the port end has o-ring seals, which are supplied and enable fuss free fitting and removal.
Easy to install, and designed to use as many OEM parts as possible, the kit uses the standard TU5J4 fuel rail, standard injectors as near to original location, standard fuel lines, and even the OEM Marelli TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) using a supplied custom adaptor, additionally the OEM throttle cable and servo pipe can be used.
For customers requiring an 8 injector set-up, we can supply Jenvey fuel rails at additional cost to run on the bodies themselves.(NB Some photos have the standard fuel rail pictured, this is for illustration purposes only, and the fuel rail is not included as part of the kit.)
