EW 16v ITB kit

Satchell Engineering Peugeot/Citroen EW10 Throttle Body kit.

This kit will include a Satchell cast/CNC machined inlet, your choice of 48mm or 45mm Jenvey bodies, Satchell billet trumpets, throttle position sensor, throttle cable bracket, and all fixings.

The filter base plate and bodies are inverted to give the best possible bonnet clearance.

Designed with straight inlet runners for high performance, therefore the standard EW hydraulic power steering pump cannot be retained.

The inlet manifold has injector pockets, and a billet fuel rail will follow, however these can also be blanked.

Machined for and supplied with O rings for sealing to head mounting face.

Optional threaded oil breather take off’s which can be blanked if necessary.

205 Front suspension kit – wide with tubular fabricated subframe

A fully spherical jointed front suspension kit to fit the 205.
This version of the kit is supplied with our own fully triangulated tubular subframe for added strength and weight reduction.
The wishbones are fabricated from CDS tube and are designed with race and rally in mind.
We use refurbished 406 hubs along with new bearings so your original strut body will fit if required. We can supply coilover type 40mm inverted type strut bodies along with spring platforms and C-spanners at extra cost.
The 406 hubs have revised roll-centre and bump steer correction via rod end spacers.
The track rod ends are spherical jointed with the supplied screw on adaption tubes.
Caster and camber is adjustable.
Available in a choice of track widths, ranging from plus 25mm up to full Maxi width.
Please note –
– The brake offset is slightly different from OE 205 on the 406 hub, it will be necessary to make some adjustments to your brake fitment.
– There is no provision to run the front ARB with this set-up.
– The steering rack seen in some of the attached photos is not included
– The subframe will be powder coated a dark anthracite grey (rather than the light grey in the photos.)

Peugeot 306 AP Racing 4 pot Caliper, Brake Kit

Satchell Engineering 4 pot big brake kit to fit the standard Peugeot 306 hub.

This kit includes a pair of AP Racing Pro 5000R brake calipers, a pair of two piece discs with alloy bells, two brake caliper mounting brackets and all associated bolts required to fit.

This kit features a pair of the awesome AP Racing Pro 5000R Calipers:

– Benefits from a radical asymmetric design concept.
– Superior dynamic performance.
– Increased stiffness.
– Forged, two piece aluminium alloy body.
– Radial mount
– Suits Ø330.0mm x 28mm thick disc.
– Stainless Steel Pistons.
– High temperature seals.
– 4lb Anti-knockback springs fitted.
– Stainless Steel wear plates.

The curved vane rotors are a high quality, high carbon casting made in the UK. They are grooved to give a stable brake feel with maximum resilience to thermal cracking. The grooves also keep the pad faces clean and reduce pad glazing.

We bolt these to our own design of aluminium alloy bell which is CNC machined. We use top quality AP racing brake bell bolts/nuts with every kit.

The kit comprises the following –

– One pair of AP Racing Pro 5000R 4 pot brake calipers.

– One pair of curved vane rotors.

– One pair of Satchell Engineering CNC bells, natural hard anodised.

– One pair of Satchell Engineering billet mounting brackets, natural hard anodised.

– One full set of AP disc to bell mounting bolts.

– 4 x Caliper to mounting bracket bolts/washers.

– 4 x bracket to hub mounting bolts.
