Competition & Custom Driveshaft Range

Designed and manufactured in-house by Satchell Engineering, our driveshaft range is primarily developed for the demands of motorsport and competition, with options also available for road cars, classics and EV applications.

We manufacture our driveshaft bars from bare material, carrying out all machining and spline production in-house. Custom lengths and spline configurations allow us to produce shafts for virtually any make or model, from standard installations to wide-track competition cars and drivetrain conversions.

Choose from high-strength, through-hardening alloy steel or our ultimate-spec 300M/S155 material for the most demanding applications. Specialist heat treatment is carried out by a respected UK heat-treatment company.

Driveshafts are available as finished bare shafts or fully assembled using customer-supplied CV joints. Our range also includes application-specific driveshaft kits, CV joints, drive flanges and intermediate bearing carriers.
